Aasha Charity Aasha is a charitable trust run by a group of professionals, based in the United Kingdom.



The principle objectives of Aasha:


  • Advancement of health in adults and children
  • Advancement of education and facilities for the education of children
  • Promote awareness of health and safety among people
  • Relief of poverty and natural disaster
  • Charitable causes in the UK

We at Aasha aim to do our part in improving healthcare and education especially in Rural India and the United Kingdom.

We appreciate that this is a small step towards the cause but has an immense potential to change lives and bring hope to many people who do not have access to the facilities or the opportunities that many of us have.

Aasha is recognized as a charity by HMRC for tax purposes.

Aasha has now crossed the £100k milestone! Yes we have donated £122,241 for various charitable projects in India and the UK. We would like to thank you for your generous support and encouragement you have given us over the last 12 years. All of us can take great pride in this collective achievement. We have given something back to our countries and to people who have contributed to our lives and career.

This is just the start of an illustrious journey and we would appreciate your support in our future endeavours as we hope for a better tomorrow

We have conducted an information audit and we declare that we hold only your name, mobile number and email address in our database and save your completed gift aid declaration forms.

Our designated data protection officers are Dr N S Balaji and Dr V Gudimetla who are the trustees of Aasha Charity.

In the event that we use a third party (e.g., Justgiving or card readers) for fund-raising activities we strongly urge you to check their data protection regulations first.

We don’t release any of the data to any third party unless legally required to provide the same.
